Mission Beach being situated on the edge of the Great Barrier Reef and having the South Johnstone and Hull rivers North and South of us is ideal for fishing.
The operators of this large 20ft Custom Centre Console craft are reef fisherman and they do it well. With a fully carpeted deck, live bait tank, kill tank and a 140hp 4 stroke motor, you can be out at the reef in the blink of an eye .. it even has a toilet on board.
On Fishin Mission you can enjoy a day of fishing on the Great Barrier Reef and they target a variety of reef and pelagic species on the reef drop offs. It is only 1 hour each way to the reef so charter time is not lost on travelling.
Feel like some Island Fishing for a half day, then you can fish from the Barnard Islands and Wheeler Island, with only ½ hour each way on this fast vessel. Same departure time but you are back by noon.
If you wish to have a sole charter of this vessel, then that is also available as you may want to game fish, swim, snorkel or just cruise around the islands.
All trips on Fishin Mission include tackle, bait, soft drinks and morning and afternoon tea. Lunch can be provided on request, but why not prepare a selection of sandwiches and fruit to take with you.
